WHAT IS THE CANADA GREENER HOMES LOAN PROGRAM?
The Government of Canada is offering up to $40,000 in a 10-year interest free loan for Canadian homeowners, which may be used toward the cost of home energy upgrades.
With buildings now accounting for 18% of Canada's greenhouse gas emissions, this initiative aims to make our homes more energy efficient, and consequently more comfortable and affordable.

As a licensed NRCan service organization offering EnerGuide Home Energy Assessments, our team of certified Energy Advisors are ready to help make the process easy to understand and impactful. Energy Assessments are designed to provide a detailed analysis of your home's energy usage, along with recommendations on the upgrades that would be most impactful.
